RETURNS POLICY

Want to return something? It's easy! Your happiness is our priority, and whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items we are happy to offer you a store credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) available for use for future purchases. within a 6 month period or you can be exchanged your product within 10 days only if: 

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

 All items for return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.  Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging including price tags, labels, No refunds or store credit will be issued on discounted or *final sale merchandise.

 Mailing Your Return:

 At this time, we do not offer free returns via mail and all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer, except in the following cases

  • If the item was damaged when received by the customer
  • If the wrong item was delivered
  • If promotional free shipping is being offered

We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed.

Please note: Items purchased at a retail store location cannot be returned via mail.
